No fillers, no added sugar, no artificial color, no cream, no butter, no modified starches, no canned beans, and no canned tomatoes. We rely on mostly organic, non GMO ingredients and prepare each dish with discipline and care.

Gluten-Free Commitment
Gluten-free is part of how we cook every day at Maaji’s Street Kitchen. No items containing wheat or gluten are prepared in house. Any items that do contain gluten are warmed in a separate area of the kitchen.
Our homestyle curries and many other menu items are naturally gluten free, made with whole ingredients and traditional spices. We also offer gluten-free papadum made with lentil flour.
